Founded in 1999 Commercial Express Quotes Limited has earned a reputation for providing insurance brokers, intermediaries and associations with a range of quality niche products at competitive premiums using the latest web based technology.

Commercial Express has always outsourced its claims but struggled to find a claims handling facility that matched its own very high level of service. Not only was the level of service and communication provided by the claims handlers inconsistent but we were unable to obtain accurate management information.

At Commercial Express we controlled all aspects of our business other than the claims facility and always felt that the facility was a “negative” and that agents and policyholders alike associated poor levels of service and communication with Commercial Express.

That is why Commercial Express Claims was set up. We wanted a facility that was a “plus” to our business, something we could market and state with confidence that our claims handlers are the best and more importantly from a coverholders point of view, provide another reason why the client should renew their policy with us.

Having been a coverholder we know exactly what is required of a claims facility. Not only is it service, communication and efficiency but also working with insurers/clients, providing management information and marketing the facility.
